FAQs

Stamps will be awarded once your order has been shipped.
Stamps can only be earned on paid orders, so if your order is cancelled or refunded then the applicable stamp will be deducted.
No, you can only earn a maximum of one stamp for each order.
Yes, there is no limit to the number of discounts you can earn.

Loyalty discounts can only be used in £10 chunks. When you use a £10 chunk, all the stamps for that chunk are used.
